Why I chose it: Albertalli is the author of Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda, which is one of my favorite LGBT books.

Why I chose it: I have personally read an advance reader's copy of this book from NetGalley, and overall the book is good. I have always really been interested in true crime and killers, and the story of Jonestown and the People's Temple is mindblowing. While I was reading it I had to remind myself that these events actually happened, because they are that crazy. If you're into cults and weird stuff like this, definatley give this a read!

Why I chose it: This book is by the same author who wrote the Series of the Traveling Pants, which was one of my favorite books as a middle schooler.

Why I chose it: I love the musical hamilton, and while the musical protrays their love story as heartwrenching, I really am interesting in learning more about it.

Why I chose it: The description on Goodreads made it sound amazing and I just thought it would be a good read.
